Some typographical issues:
. `--' should be replaced with — (since you use it without a
space before and after it).
. The link to the NEWS file looks ugly because it uses the <pre> tag
instead of a simple <tt>. If I move the mouse to it, I get
underlined spaces before the text and in the next line.
