Is zero a number? If I want to make an object a non- outside-staff object, do I set

or
  \override Grob #'outside-staff-priority = #()
or
  \override Grob #'outside-staff-priority = #null

The rest looks ok. I'd change the wording in a few places, but the meaning is clear. I'm planning on going a general edit in a week or two, so I'll make some additional changes then. Please commit.
