I opened this file (just to see what Sacred Harp music looks
like :) and noticed that the point-and-click links have absolute
paths, "revealing" that a Unix-like system was used, and the
name of the user's home directory (probably the login name).
Perhaps the more security conscious users would consider
this to be a problem...

It's probably difficult/impossible to use relative paths in these
links, but maybe a note should be added to Section 13.7 in
the manual? Could be as simple as:

"Note that these hyperlinks use the full path to the LilyPond
file, potentially revealing information about your system, so
you should turn this feature off if you want to distribute the
PDF file."

added to the second paragraph.

Or am I being paranoid? :)
