Hi all developers,

I have a question about adding new features to lilypond.

I want to know if it is possible to modify lilypond for Maquam Based Turkish 
Music, need to add new accidentals.  (If any one intereseted in i may try to 
explain the current theory and structure of turkish music and send samples)

I am a Java Developer, and used C years ago but not have so much to do with c++.

I can support and help for development or if you say forget about it :))) then 
should sponsore if i can efford.

Just want to know where to begin.
