I have tried to minimize the example, but unfortunately convert-ly is
not enough to make the score compile with 2.19,
I used one tiny bit of Scheme, which convert-ly cannot update automatically.
I put a version of the sources that works with version 2.19 at

With that version the short line is in the Trumpet part (not the Bassoon part).
