I think by entering the login details manually...

Looking at the file in my own home directory, it appears to be just two
lines, one with the Email address, one with the password.  If your email
address is a Gmail address, you might need to write one of "",
"@gmail.com", "@googlemail.com" at the end, and I don't know which of
the last two was the "correct" one.
