Subject: Windows unattended installer
Hi,
Forgive me if this is the wrong mailing list, but I’m trying to figure out
how and if it’s possible to run the windows installer from command line
unattended without having to click through the GUI. I use lilypond in a
python package - http://github.com/godley/museparse
<http://github.com/godley/museparse> and I’m now trying to use appveyor
continuous integration so that I know my tests work on windows, but to
achieve that I need to be able to give it a yml file with the instructions
on downloading and installing lilypond unattended, and I couldn’t find
anything on it other than the general universal builder which I gather is
for creating lilypond installers, not running them. Do you have any hints,
tips or links to instructions on this?
Thanks,
Charlotte
I've not followed why you need to perform unattended installation. I would
have expected that installing multiple copies side by side, prior to your
tool using them, would be an equally valid approach?
