AFAIK the recommended way to get postscript output is a twostep process:

ly2dvi Devienne_1.ly
dvips Devienne_1.dvi -o Devienne_1.ps

(the "-o file.ps" is usually not necessary but with some implementations
of dvips you get the output dumped to stdout without it)

IIRC there have been reported already earlier in the mailinglist problems
with the direct ps output from lily. The 'lilypond -f ps' is
*NOT*equivalent to ly2dvi+dvips. Maybe/Probably your problem vanishes if
you do it the latter way.
