Hello,
as far as I remember, this problem is documented somewhere, but it seems 
simpler to tell you the solution than to search the proper place.
If you need the utilities gnume-utils, g-wrap, gnucash and gnome-games and 
also want to work with a newer version of lilypond, you will have to update 
all these packages. Take care to list all packages in one command line to 
avoid circular dependencies:
rpm -U libguile lilypond gnome-utils ...
maybe with version numbers.
If you don't need all packages, use the flag --nodeps for rpm.
