chord analysis

How to make Roman chord names, like
I (for tonic chord)
I6  (for first inversion of tonic chord)
I64  (for second inversion of tonic chord, 6 shoud be above the 4)
IV (for subdominant chord)
V (for dominant chord)
vii0 (for seven diminished chord)
... etc
,
under the score or melodies,

and the key name, like
"c :", or "c minor :"
"F# :", or "F sharp major :"
...etc
,
under the key signiture,

for use in "chord analysis" ?
