double time signature

Hello all

I don't figure out how to typeset something like:

   6/4-3/2

  DEBUSSY in his "LA CATHEDRALE ENGLOUTIE"
  wrote that.

  of course I know

 \time 6/4
 \time 3/2

  but not the above.

  Please, can you point it to me?
