I thought about that. In fact I've got the CVS source of mtrace and a
tarball for autotrace. If I get the source for pfaedit can I just
build/install these without worrying about a cascade of dependency
issues? When I tried using RPMs I saw that very quickly I would have to
start updating other packages as well.
