I don't think so.
If _that_ would enable line-width to work differently than in plain 
LilyPond, why isn't there an option to let LilyPond itself include the 
system bracket etc. in the line-width?

BTW, I think this question has popped up occasionally, and IIRC there 
wasn't a satisfying solution.
