Does Csus4 3 make sense?
I’ve seen that once in Cm^sus4 for <c es f g> but it doesn’t make sense to me; I would prefer Cm^add4 (or perhaps Cm^add11). LilyPond prints <c es f g> as C^sus4♭3.
