Does Frescobaldi Have a User Community

I've encountered an issue whereby I can make a PDF output to a different 
file or folder using Command Prompt on Windows, e.g.:

"C:/Program Files (x86)/LilyPond2p24p0/lilypond-2.24.0/bin/lilypond.exe" 
-o "<PathToOutputFileOrFolder" "<PathToSource>.ly"

with the result: "Success: compilation successfully completed".

In Frescobaldi menu "Edit">"Preferences...">"LilyPond 
Preferences">"LilyPond versions to use" group>"Edit...", I've tried to 
add an output "-o" directive.
I've tried various strings appended after the "...\lilypond.exe" and the 
result is always a "No Entry" icon next to the entry that was edited.

I couldn't find any reference to adding directives to the LilyPond 
command line for Frescobaldi.

Is there a separate community for Frescobaldi, or is this the community 
for all things LilyPond?
