In the Readme, I see

- you need at least:
                - libosip2>=3.0.3
                - libeXosip2>=3.0.3
                - speex>=1.2.0 (including libspeexdsp part)
                - libreadline (optional: for convenient command line in linphonec)

Where would these be in ubuntu - how to install them?

./autogen.sh && configure && make install
