[Linphone-developers] patch to add linphonerc flag always_offer_zrtp |

This patch adds a new linphonerc flag and supporting logic to force Linphone to
offer ZRTP on all streams on outgoing calls (regardless of the configured media
encryption type). Similarly for incoming calls it detects ZRTP offered in
conjunction with other media encryption types, which allows Linphone to
negotiate ZRTP on the SAVP profile (in practice it negotiates SRTP first, then
ZRTP, updating the key on the existing stream).
The default value is off, unchanged from existing behavior. Turning it on will
add a zrtp-hash line to all outgoing streams. This enhances security when
operating in a mixed client environment with clients that only support SRTP,
require ZRTP, or prefer DTLS.
Thanks to my college Trevor Alpeter who took point on solving this issue for us.
