Hello.

I took some time to gather information.

The setting "enable pushs" tells Linphone that the server will send push notifications. The server has to send it, otherwise Callkit will not show.

Since iOS13, Linphone calls CallKit upon Pushkit push reception.

Actually, it is not possible to send push notifications to Linphone with another SIP provider. Since it seems to be your case, the setting "enable pushs in Linphone then MUST be disabled.

It if not possible because you can't have access to our Apple Push Notification certificate.

We are planning on using a "push-gateway" mode in the apps, in middle-term, allowing to manage pushs for "external" accounts.

linphone sip details and also for sip server details for both we faced
bellow issue
*a) when open the app*
1. If push notification option disable from setting then when we try to
make call all working fine

the call just ring is coming

*b) when kill the app or minimizing the app*

1. we are not getting push
notifications we are not getting incoming  call

c) for incoming call push notifications  are you use voip push notifications or apns pushnotifications ?
can you please tell us were we done mistake, we need to do any changes in
server side

in background calls not working in maked code for our sip server even voip
push notifications enabled on server side.

please help us on fixing these
