Hi,

We just found the root cause of this problem.

It was caused by the latest VMware Tools drivers.

I recently installed Linphone 4.2.4. on a couple of Windows 2019 servers and on some of them the app starts with a white GUI as per the below screenshot. While the GUI is white, I can still click on the buttons there and open app settings, the buttons are just not visible.

I've tried to (re)uninstall all apps and .NET components on the servers but could not fix it and could not find a correlation between this issue and any setting on the server-side.

Is there anything else I could try?
