[Linphone-developers] Robotic Voice from Linphone user

Hi Everyone

We have been using Linphone in our company for the past few years and we very happy with the product 😊

We are currently running version4.3.2

On an Asterisk based PABX.

I have been getting complaints from users saying that people cannot hear them but they can hear their clients perfectly.

 

After doing some test I notice that the user with the above problem when making calls has a degraded voice, almost Robotic.

Please advise if you have picked this up in the past and please share your Opinion and fixes.
