Hello Team,

We have some question and some issues on Linphone application for Mac users.

1. We need to remove Linphone on Macs, does the application has an uninstaller, if no, can you tell me how to remove the files completely from Macs
2. We have a list of contacts (more than 200), can you tell me how to import them on Linphone
3. We have an issue with Linphone, in which SIP account has been configured, we are having the following issue below, I can confirm there is no issue on our server, can you confirm what can be done to resolve this issue.
1. Install an older version the application
2. Configured another SIP account with another extension.
3. Remove cache
4. The below has not resolved the issue 'Remote Party' cannot accept the call
   

Can you tell us how to resolve this issue?
