are you actually _sending_ the push notification from your SIP server? it doesn't magically work by simply enabling it on the app

If the app is installed and registered on the SIP server correctly and the app is open on the screen, then everything works as expected.

If the app is not on the screen even with the background mode set on Android and Push Notification set on iPhone & Android, then the phone doesn't ring or notify of the call.

Have I missed a setting or is this a bug?
