[Lynx-dev] inverted exclamation mark not rendered

        Mr Henk Metselaar responded to me, but not the mailing list,
'I had set -assume_charset=utf-8 but I had missed -display_charset.
When setting that to utf-8 as well it renders fine.'
        Of course, one could set this permanently in lynx's options,
as I recommended.
