Postgresql. Mongo is deprecated.

We already allow for one instance having multiple users, though I don't
know if you mean more than that.

We have tags and recently collections.
We don't have any "private sharing" functionality yet, and I can't say
when it would come about, but I think we can expect it to be in the not
too crazily far off future. Hard to know though!
