If you want to get your key signed, there are some Debian developers near you:
IL, Champaign: Matthieu Delahaye <matthieu>

IL, Chicago: Carlo Segre <segre>
Or you could go to any free software event or fill a signing request:

That's nothing specific to Debian, but Debian Developers have the best
connected gpg keys.
