This is the general attitude of FSF developers and activists in general, 
they talk a big game of wanting feedback and transparency, but they dont 
follow through very well at all.

However, you are correct in that this is off topic.

The point being, skype compatibility is a priority for me if mediagoblin 
is to be a social hub.

For me at least, and I am confident I am not alone in this, to replace 
youtube, deviantart, and similar media and art sharing services which 
are centralized and proprietary, it is necessary to be integrated with 
the social lives of the users of mediagoblin instances, wherever they 
may be hosted.

If you wish to take a hostile attitude, I couldn't care that much less.

However, the opinions of paroneayea and JoldWebb DO matter to me, so 
I'll shut up.
