Hiya all,

In prep for our move towards federation support, I've merged the oauth
branch by our excellent Outreach Program for Women participant Jessica
Tallon.  She's been working on updating for supporting the Pump API.

As such, you should be aware of several things:
 - If you have the oauth library in your config, disable it.  OAuth is
   now part of all MediaGoblin instances and enabled by default.
 - Tools you might have written using the API probably are not working
   at present.  Sorry!  But there's good reason for this...

The exciting thing is that this means that we will have a new API
soon... a Pump API!  This will be usable both for federation AND for
writing desktop/mobile applications.  Jessica has been testing with the
PyPump library... it looks like once federation support lands adding new
clients should be pretty easy using existing Pump-compatible libraries.

Thrilling times, yeah?
