Re: DB migration error

I added the video plugin to my config and reran the bin/gmg dbupdate
command. That has fixed the DB. I'm setting up a new server and was
manually fixing the mediagoblin_local.ini file to match the old file.

So user error, or unexpected user behavior. I'll run the update to
0.12.0 once it comes out.
