[Nano-devel] patches: status and updates

I've merged the edit_refresh() changes, and they seem to be working
properly so far.  After that, I fixed a minor instance of Pico
incompatibility (uncutting on the magicline shouldn't always center the
screen) and removed an unneeded #ifdef NANO_SMALL block.  I'm going to
be just testing this from now on to be sure it works properly.

Also, I've come up with a preliminary patch to allow dynamic setting of
the punctuation and bracket (i. e. closing punctuation) characters, as
suggested by Michael Piefel's email awhile back.  However, I still have
to update the documentation and add Changelog entries for it, and it
probably breaks the feature freeze as well. The command line options are
"-P/--punct [punctuation string]" and "-C/--closepunct [punctuation
string]", the rcfile options are "punct [p. s.]" and "closepunct [p.
s.]", and any characters except tabs or spaces may be used as
punctuation.  Note: It's made on top of nanomiscbugs2.patch, since it
extends a few of the tweaks the latter makes.

I've also tweaked nanopara.patch to use a goto instead of recursion; it
appears to be working the same way as before.
