[Nano-devel] [patch] unused empty strings

Hi,

In src/global.c two of the empty string constants that are defined 
are used nowhere: do_para_begin_msg, do_para_end_msg.  However, 
most of the other constants in that section are not referenced 
either when NANO_TINY is defined.  So attached patch deletes all 
of those, and moves two lines for compactness.  With this change, 
nano still compiles for me, both with --enable-tiny and with 
--disable-tiny.
