This patch adds a 'promptcolor' to set the prompt to something other than 
'titlecolor'. And makes the following possible:

set titlecolor bold,underline
set promptcolor bold,reverse

An underline titlebar looks really nice, but having the prompt also be 
underline is a deal breaker, at least for me.

Would anyone be interested in a 'yesnocolor' for the yesno prompt? It would be 
to promptcolor as errorcolor is to statuscolor.
