[Nano-devel] [syntax] remove None, False, and True syntax highlighting

Their value is well known by the programmer such that it doesn't need calling out.

they may be keywords but they're closer to values than keywords, and need highlighting no more

than any other value.

On top of that, they were being highlighted inside of strings, and fixing that is more trouble than it's worth.
