Why do you want another stream editor? Is sed not good enough as
a stream editor?

The completion dictionary won't get in: there is no one but you clamoring
for it. And you are perfectly able to build your own, modified nano, to
get the things you want. When proposing things to improve/extend nano,
think of things that would be useful to the (more or less) average user.
Ctrl+Delete was a good one, for example.
