Details:

The same exact code was used in Matlab and Octave, yet Matlab produces the
correct plots and Octave doesn't.
The wrong plot is the one on the bottom right. The expected result is that the
bottom rigt plot converge, but in octave it doesn't while in matlab it does.

PS. If you will run the code in Matlab comment out the line with pkg load
control

I attached the code, the correct matlab response and the wrong Octave response
