ok, we're going to need a bit more help deciphering what you believe to be the
problem here.  am i correct in that you believe there's a problem with the
line with data = 0.001 that you think should be = 0?  

you've attached three .bin files.  what we need is information about how
you've produced this data, what code you ran to get the results you have, and
what 'my compute' you did that suggests it should be exactly zero. Preferably,
is there a minimum set of data that could help us reproduce the problem.

please don't post large datasets without explanation and context.
