[Octave-bug-tracker] [bug #49143] inputdlg processes 2 element row vector rowscols input as heights instead of height and width

Follow-up Comment #16, bug #49143 (project octave):

just adding a note that mathworks support indicated that the current
conflicting behavior is considered a bug, not just a documentation error. So,
will keep this as Postponed for the time being and keep an eye on the matlab
release notes.
