I was trying to install PTB-3, and due to whatever network error the download
failed. 
No biggie, and I tried to run the script again.. except I got this error. 


Shall I delete the old Psychtoolbox folder and all its contents \n(recommended
in most cases), (yes or no)? yes
Now we delete "Psychtoolbox" itself.
remove entire contents of
C:\Users\xxxxxxxx\Downloads\octave-7.2.0-w64\psych\Psychtoolbox? (yes or no)
yes
Error in RMDIR: Permission denied
If you want, you can delete the Psychtoolbox folder manually and rerun this
script to recover.

    DownloadPsychtoolbox at line 647 column 13


It's absolutely not a permission problem since I'm just tinkering inside my
own user folder. 
And I tried with both slashes and (escaped) backslashes, if it could mean
anything.
