Follow-up Comment #12, bug #63230 (project octave):

I meant the DPI setting of the OS (not the dimensions of the physical
monitor). Sorry for being unclear.
IIUC, that setting is called "scaling" in Windows and is burrowed somewhere in
the monitor settings of the system settings app. (But that might depend on
which Windows version you are using.)
IIRC, the visible setting is not the actual DPI but a scaling factor in
percent for each connected monitor.
