Thanks for tracking down the cause of the problem.

We probably need a better long-term fix for this kind of problem.  I don't
think we want to end up repeating lists of "extern template class Array<...>;"
declarations in many files.  It looks like we have a few other places in
libinterp and liboctave where this kind of pattern appears.
