Follow-up Comment #23, bug #63393 (project octave):

Yes these two issues are happening here and another one is related with the
function unwrap which uses a summation and when we have an ideal resonance the
argument of the frequency response is NaN. This behaviour causes differences
in the stability margins between MATLAB and OCTAVE. This last one is described
in bug #61355.
