[Octave-bug-tracker] [bug #63819] gui missing keyboard

Follow-up Comment #7, bug #63819 (project octave):

All computers. Windows and Linux. Windows installed from Octave website
installer. Linux installed with "apt-get". Can type in command line. But no
scroll. Cannot see output without mouse. No keyboard arrows. Need mouse. Mouse
jumpy so only problem keyboard no means mouse only no problem but mouse
jumping. Editor no problem can scroll with keyboard arrow.
