Follow-up Comment #72:

Is it possible to skip a test if a feature is present? I.e., if we were to add
HAVE_LLVM_LIBCXX, would it be possible to skip certain tests if it is defined
(like we currently to with `%!testif ; ! ismac ()`)?

I only find conditional tests that start with `%!testif HAVE_XXX`. But none
like `%!testif ! HAVE_XXX` or whatever the syntax would be.
