Path results are identical before and after installing the package.

Maybe it is a coincidence that instrument-control package version is 0.8.0 and
Octave is version 8.1.0.  Or is there an updated package version somewhere?

Note: Octave 8.1.0 is the only version I can find on my computer.  No version
8.0 that I can see.
