Follow-up Comment #23, bug #64033 (project octave):

Attached is version where I set the env variables for the compiler, which I
forgot last time.  Attached install.txt file.  Seems to have appended output
it to an previous file. 

These diary files are a lot shorter than what is printed in the command
window.
