Follow-up Comment #24, bug #64033 (project octave):

Ok - with the variables set, I dont know why it shows nothing of the configure
run, and then fails in make (as it would if the configure failed)


As mentioned earlier, It will probably require a home brew expert to look at
it


Have you been able to install other package without issues? Ie: is this only
occurring in instrument control
