Follow-up Comment #3, bug #64140 (project octave):

I confirm the problem with hgid f7206b6577c2 (8.2.1 tip)
and with 24752aa8be11 tip @ (with qt5). 24752aa8be11 tip @ with 
qt6 seems to be working correctly.
