I locally tested the patch on top of a current head (hg id 501730f07abc).
It seems to be doing the right thing for me (mostly).

Please, find the attached patch where I tried to adapt the coding style to
Octave's guidelines.

One thing that I noticed is that it doesn't seem to be possible to set a
breakpoint in a local function in the classdef .m file. But that might be an
unrelated issue. I added a test for that (known) issue.

Overall this adds a feature that could make it a lot easier to debug functions
in classdef files. I'd like to push it to the default branch of the Octave
repository if no one opposes.

To assign the copyright, we'd need a valid email address. Usually, the full
name is also used.
Which email address and name could I use to correctly attribute this
contribution to you?

Would you like to be added to the list of contributors at the beginning of the
manual? Which name could I use for that?
