Hi All,
The feedback function has been implemented in the control package.  See this
web page:  
https://octave.sourceforge.io/control/function/@lti/feedback.html
The problem is when you try to get help on it in gnu octave after loading the
control package, you get this message:

>> help feedback
error: help: The 'feedback' function belongs to the control package from
Octave Forge
but has not yet been implemented. 


Maybe this needs to be updated?
