Thanks for testing.

In the mean time I've fixed it a different way and cleaned up related code on
the way. For some reason I cannot push the fixes now, when I'm back I'll
investigate why - maybe the SourceForge repo is locked since code development
moved to Github.

Item Group => Unexpected error (this has never worked with files created by
Spire.XLS that don't add dcterms:created nodes)
