Sorry -- I clicked "Download Snapshot" (which I assumed does the
hg snapshot). If I do "hg pull" I get it working

I do not know anything about docker. Centos Stream is not the same as Centos,
it is a kind of "upstream" release of Redhat 
Linux (https://www.centos.org/centos-stream/).
